The Sequence Rule in Alkene Nomenclature

Structural formulas for four alkenes are shown below. All these compounds have two configurational sterioisomers that may be assigned E or Z identifying prefixes. At each end of each double bond you may click on the substituent that has the higher priority in the sequence rule. Eight such choices should be made, and a response to each choice will be given in an alert window.
When you are ready, assign a configurational prefix, E or Z to each structure as drawn. Your answers will be evaluated in the window at the bottom of this page.
